w00, have walked for the.. eh.. fifth day in a row? fourth? Something like that.

it's not too far, just a thirteen minute walk, to the end of the road and back, about a quarter mile. Uphill both ways-_- literally. We live on the crest of a hill, it slopes down in the pasture, and then back up to the neighbor's house.

Bad thing is, there's lots of mosquitos around sunset, so if you just before, you're walking for five (or seven) minutes straight into the heart of the sun (sorry, PF moment there..)

Maybe marching will be easier this year.

Weee, aust's back, and so's matt and aid^.^

But seri's still gone 'til tomorrow, and rick said he'd be gone a few days:/

Eh@@;;; Must get parents to go to blanchard springs soon.. Can't do it in august because of band, and I can't do it this last week of july because I'm helping with the ARP vacation bible school (tish, adam, and this other girl and I will be herding the little kids between the stations@.x I'm the youngest, but that's probably because we're the only teenagers.. er, not children and not adults, at church@.@; Tish is going to be a junior next year.. me a freshman, adam a senior, and marissa is in college I think scary@.@;)

Bleh, still need to finish pre ap stuff... I have *checks*

(crap, forgot that one... need to go back and do it)

done: five pages, minus one on page two, and all but two on the sixth page, and a bit on the eighth page,
to do: four pages, plus about six miscellaniousy already mentioned problems.

sweet.

Now, if I can get this done before August 4th...

Hee^^ I can't wait until we start marching again. I know why tisha is always so excited about it. You get to see all these people, play new and old music, be in the *band* room...

Meh, I've barely seen anyone from school all summer (dangit.. and hannah's switching schools because of her mom's job..) except at megan's party and the fourth...

It'll be good to see everyone again, especially the people that I don't usually get a chance to talk to..

I'll be screwed over though, none of last year's seniors:/ I'm thankful Mr. Ray gave me a chance to start senior high band early, which let me meet sixteen of some of the coolest people I've ever met. Misty, Caleb (*pokes zeeiit*), Sara, Lance, Anthony, Daniel, Evan, Tosha, Tiffany, and the others... Even if I didn't know any of them very well, and some of them hardly at all, they were *seniors*! I'm going to be a measley freshman, I was supposed to be impressed:)

I can mock my fellow freshmen this year (except david, rachel, tyler, and zach, of course...) about not ever having marched before.. heh

I wonder if tish would object to a carpooling this year.. Maybe get lacie in on it again, and cari...

I'm really glad I'll have people to talk to on the uber-long bus rides this time-_- and people to sit with at the games when we aren't playing, people to talk to during third quarter, people to steal programs from at the contests and share a blanket and hot chocolate with when it gets freezing cold...

Geeze, that was fun. Even if I was alone most of the time. And I get to do it four more times!:D

My poor brother and sister.. neither of them stayed in school 'til their senior years.. No, they didn't drop out.. they both got their GEDs

Despite all the negative things people have been telling me, I felt inclined to agree with the things the positive people have said about liking high school...

Time will only tell:)
