"And I walked to the park today," Mu was telling the Lady Lucy, "I saw a duck and its ducklings."

"I suppose they were lovely," replied the Lady Lucy.

"Not the ducklings, but the duck was very handsome." The Lady Lucy thought this over a bit, then asked another question.

"What other birds did you see?"

"As a matter of fact, I did see a fince or two, but I was, of course, engrossed in the ducks." He replied quickly.

"They must've been doing something interesting, I should think," the Lady Lucy remarked.

"Actually, they were being taught to swim." Mu affirmed.

"And how was this being brought about?" The Lady Lucy seemed quite curious on this account of ducks and ducklings.

....

I'll spare you the rest. I'm not positive, but the next part mentions the year 1998, so I'll assume I wrote it in third grade...

*twitch*

Mr. Mu was cool though.. his name's pronounced 'Moe' ^^;;

"'Amazing grace, how sweet, the sound, that saved, a wretch, like me, I once was lost, but now am found, was blind, but now, I see...

Twas grace that taught my heart to fear, and grace, my fears relieved, How precious did that grace appear, the hour, I first, believed...

Through many dangers, toils, and snares, I have already come,'Tis grace hath brought me safe thus far, and grace shall lead me home..

When we've been there, 10000 years, bright shining as the sun, We've no less days to sing God's praise, than when we first begun..."'

I, a thousand glittering diamonds see,
Each one smiling back at me,
They beckon, so slyly wink,
Saying, "Oh, but wouldn't you think,
That you'll come out with us today,
To join in this little Game we play,"

This Game, as none other the same,
Such as which is has no other name,
They want me there in the dark,
Away from He to whom I hark,
To entice me there, in their gentle embrace,
Yet sharp to the touch, like a slap in the face.

Faster now, they circle around,
In this race to seek the ground,
I creep along, to hide among,
And of course, they say it's here I belong,

They hold me tight,
In the false twilight,
I find quick joy there,
Softly entwinging amongst my hair,
Some are small, no weight at all,
Others size but grand, and if they should fall,
Yet and harder, they should,
Hurt me as they surely would.
