aite.. so it's the end of a seemingly endless week of school, right? (seven days left! or eight.. one of those) so I was relaxing and celebrating my lack of having to do homework for a couple of days yet by playing, of course, finalfantasyX...
(currently, Yuna, Auron and Rikku's strength and defense are solidly at 255, unlike it being str. def. and m. def like I'd thought-_-)
I was fighting Jumbo Flan (boring creature; hate him) and mixing in Ultima Buster (funfun) every now and then (rikku's ultimate ap getting weapon is the 'Victorix' pretty neat.. Lulu's is 'space soul' the rest of teh weapons I've gotten were sucky mp break armor:P) when I got tired of watching Anima do 'pain' over and over and over and over and over.... yeah...
Anyways, I moved Auron and Yuna and Rikku up after I got two more Magic+4 spheres(just need about ten more...) then I decided to check to see just how uber they were right now.. Went to the main menu, 'status', looked at auron, flipped to yuna, and to rikku, and back, just watching the 255s run through the screen... then when it was on yuna, I noticed something odd... there was a discrepency down at the bottom..
Looking closer, I saw she only had 248 magic defense. At this, I started thinking 'wtp?' to myself.
Now, Auron, Rikku, and Yuna have just about transversed the entire sphere grid. They haven't gotten through all the places; Rikku never seemed to make it through the very top where Tidus and Wakka and Auron's paths are... and Auron.. well he wasn't somewhere, but I can't remember where.. So I was thinking 'how the heck did I miss that many +4mdef spheres?' because obviously, I had done the math right, got 47 mdef spheres to get up to 255.. So I decided Yuna must have missed some natural +4s...
Then, I realized. Yuna had never been through Lulu's part of teh path, except to get flare.
Lulu only has about eight +4 magic defense spheres.
Everything became clear.
