(no subject)

I think mom's sore at me. Tosha came up to use the vcr and camcorder to record this thing she's doing for her class (she wants to be a teacher, and some of her grades are video tapes of her teaching) and mom was getting all frustrated, looking for the cord to go from the tv to the vcr. She asked me and dad if we knew where it was-- I said 'maybe it's behind the tv' but she sorta ignored me, and dad asked her if she'd looked in the drawer where the vcr tapes go, and she said she had.

She went back to do something I guess, and then later tosha left, but took the tape with her, so mom went to go and get it.

I was just t00bing during this, and I decided to play on the piano some, but I started getting scatterbrained and screwed To Zanarkand up majorly, so I quit and went to see the action in the living room.

Aomy was on the hearth just like Cocoa used to be... And he even started to flick his tail like he did. It was nice.

Mom kept piddling with the vcr and started asking me how the thing was supposed to work, what button you push and all, 'cause she had found the cord, she got a big screen of black and green though, to her credit. Better than the solid blue and stuff.

After a while, I went back to check the stuff, made sure everything was plugged in on both ends in the right spot, then I flicked the little dial on the camcorder to change between off, on, record and play, then pushed play, and it started playing.

I think tosha's frustration/stress is rubbing off on mom.

That or she was really irritated that the cord was behind the tv.
