Dec. 23rd, 2004 02:12 amWow.
I'm not sure how cold it is tonight, but when I stepped outside just now, it was plenty cold. (of course it was mostly my legs, because nightgowns don't cover those too well).
But I stepped outside not to check the temperature, but to look at something I had noticed outside the window when brushing my teeth.
The moon was out.
Recently, I had noticed that the moon has a habit of shining on one side of the chimney so that it falls right on the little porch on the south side, and that's what it's doing right now, on all that gorgeous snow.
Even down in the valley, the air is crystal clear, and the lights of the school especially pale when compared to all that empty white smooth cowfield right next to it. It's so awesome. I wish I had a camera with an intensely slow shutter speed, because I won't be seeing this again for a while.
(the Fithos Lusec Wecos Vinosec album's rendition of. . . Fithos Lusec Wecos Vinosec is sufficiently haunting. I like the dischordant voices especially, as well as the additional full band accompaniment:D (I love being able to pick out a keyboard line:)) I have yet to discern any differences in Liberi Fatali though. I'm am hopeful that Eyes on Me will be more satisfying. Blue Fields is much better, although I reserve my decision on Ami and Man with the Machine Gun. Deri, I suggest you listen to all of these anyways:) Especialy FLWV)
