I was listening to this song (It's from the musical, Notre Dame du Paris, which I want to see) and it's in french, and I was listening, and I think I caught two phrases. je voudrais, I want, and il me faut, which I don't remember anything about. Aust?
Of course, given my expertise in deciphering english lyrics, those are likely horribly wrong.
Anyways, I moved the reclinver we got from Grandpa Bill over to be my new computer chair. The level of comfort is incrediable. it rocks, it swivels, there's not quite enough room for it, but there's plenty inside the chair.
And I can't reach my mouse. I can barely reach the keyboard. Luckily, I have mr. tablet. I'm developing l33t tabblin' sk1llz in the mean time.
Eventually I'll get bored and go back to the normal chairs. But I thought I'd give them a break since the padding in them wears down like crazy (the chair I had been using has been operated to put a pl. .. polystyrine? it's the yellow eggcarton stuff with little mountains on it like bart simpson's hair. inside it, and it had two blankets folded up and two medium sized pillows all to sit on.
I wonder what it's like to sit indian style in this chair. I might be able to reach the mouse then-- dolling time!
(I use about half and half mouse and tablet while dolling. While the tablet has immense hair drawing and everything shading capabilities, I can't half control it worth crap. So I use the mouse (which has always been steady) to do the lineart editing and precise detail fixing (like editing faces)
I feel so proud of myself. Last night I scanned the first five character designs (they're so uglyXD) for teh suicidebf+gf storyline, shays, shannon, lyssa, clint ionto, and lowell (I haven't drawn 'georgie' yet, or started to think of a better name) and I discovered that when you have a very solid outline, the "brightness tolerance ~5 then grow selection and grow until it's all grown, then feather!!111" technique to clean up all the darknesses of the paper and make the lineart on white works *very* well. At least well enough for me to use at 3 am.

I dunno what's up with Lowell (she's the kineticist(kinetecist?)). Her keyspell's Pain and all, but look at her:P She's got white hair and little wings and a cute little sundress. I tell you, these kids confuse me:/ First shannon is a punk, then the prophet is clint and looks like a spanish monk, and now the kinetecist is all sweet and nice lookingX.x;
