Flower - Day 3

It seems to have grown taller, but the second bud hasn't opened up any more, and I'm a little bit concerned :O

The things today that happened;
- got my cal quiz back; 8/10 because I didn't pay attention to what I was doing. not bad. That's one step closer to a B in there. Or an A. I can get an A this semester, I just have to MAKE myself. I'm scared because I know I'm not. I should be practicing L'Ho[s]pital's Rule right now, but I'm not, I'm writing about not practicing it. I will when I finish, I promise.

- went to a meeting for people going to besançon. Apparently a bunch of people going are in super upper level french xD I think there's three other people in the lowest level allowed to go (mine, intermediate I). But they seem the nicest, so~ I don't think anyone else in there was a freshman thoughxD
They showed a beautiful video that got me really excited. I'm glad this isn't my first time overseas, I have something to base it against at least. I need to call the lady doing travel arrangements tomorrow and see if I can fly from little rock to dallas instead of out of fayetteville (f-ville is more than an hour longer drive, so much less convenient)

-stu and I went to red lobster right when he got out of lab and a little after I got out of my meeting. It was 5:15 on a wednesday night so it was very deserted, which was very nice. I had looked up the menu online before hand so I knew exactly what I wanted to get, and it was all good. I got the coconut shrimp, and the piña colado sauce with it was so good ;oooooo. We went and walked around best buy afterwards, and thought about new cell phones we felt we needed. I also looked at lenses and wondered what kind I'd like to have for my camera, and stu looked at videocameras.

-oh yeah, if there's ANYONE on my f-list who has been to france, I'd like your thoughts on it. I don't really have anything I'm dying to know, but just like how it is in general. I plan on trying to get ahold of master vivi on msn and bug him about stuff, so xD Maybe I'll ask on pixel-case too.

Midterms next week (well, kinda. I think most of mine are after that). cal is thursday, french is a chapter test on the 12th, physics is monday (pushed back due to cal xD), and I guess we've already had our gneg test for right now (I'm kinda mad about it because they counted off a point on the handwritten VBA section because I didn't include * or ^ in my formulas and because I wasn't psychic and knew the cell they wanted something referenced from when there was no indication given, and also on the interest section, they counted off for not having three sig figs, even though there was technically only supposed to be one (I gave two, but at least count off for the right reason!)

Cal of course is highest priority. French will probably be easy (I got a 92 on the 'omg it's supa hard and everyone always scores 20 points low on it!!! chapter 8 test xD), physics will be fine with my notecard, I don't think we're having one for american government. Not since we're watching Mr. Smith Goes to Washington this week.

Okay, time for calculus :( L'Ho[s]pital, here I come!
