Man, I've got a 101 in English for semester so far. Who owns ap language? I do, that's right.
We sold candy for CSU at cokebreak again today. ZOMP.
Okay, when we started the candy selling thing, we tried to sell for $.75 a piece for the big candies, but zomp we had no quarters! So we started charging a dollar.
Well lately, people started complaining about 'omp these are a DOLLAR?!?!?!?! so we decided that since we had plenty of quarters now we could go back to charging $.75
Those greedypigs students gobbled up every last piece of chocolate we had. And the box was at least a third full. There were a lot of those almond snickers, which I have no clue how they got sold. That or someone just stole some. I can't remember. It was dizzying trying to count out quarters (because we had no dollar bills) for $4.25 in change.
It's still blowed my mind.
I'm wearing my class ring on my left middle finger at the moment. I thought a size 8 would be about right, as I wanted to make sure that it would be able to get on my finger, but it's turning out to be way big. (weirdly though, a lot of people have trouble getting mine on their fingers) Riley's fit me just fine, so mom is gonna look into asking josten's to having it resized (we paid enough for it, they had better do it) I thought it would fit better on my left index finger, as all my left hand's fingers are smaller than my right hand's (i had never noticed before, but you can tell when trying to fit the ring on), but apparently they're just the same size at the last knuckle, but my middle finger is actually thinner than my index finger. or something, I just know it doesn't feel like the circulation's about to get cut off.
Hmm. We watched more of Madame Bovary in french today,
we got to were she started trying to poison herself with arsenic because she was in debt. So next hour in math, we asked mr. cato what the symptoms of arsenic poisoning were, and he related pretty much what the movie had said:D How nice to be accurate to life ^_^
Almost done with my sand bottle picture. The middle square of honor is about six inches square, in crayon, and has a bottle hanging next to some christmas lights on a sort of weird tree that's inbetween a cedar and a palm. Behind it will be a beach at sunset. Water has ended up being a motif, as well as flowers. Well at least sand makes sense (I've used it in three squares now) but flowers are just easy to draw. Lots of water also, with the sand (beaches). The christmas lights look really good, and I've got some lighting going on :D I kept thinking of a still-life I had seen of Rye's in the art forum at eoff.
