rubahMmm, noodles.
Yeah, weeee, we got a division 2 yesterday at beebe. The judges didn't say too much about percussion except that when we were so far away from the band, it had some pretty bad phasing going.
Of course, no one brought a second set of drumsticks, so I got to play spring break with quad mallets. Why we had extra quad mallets, and *TWO* extra pairs of keyboard mallets is beyond me.
The quad mallets haven't been used this year to my knowledge(Unless Adam had them and directed them back to the cabinet...), and the keyboard mallets are for the freaking marimba.
Anyways, the 2 was a composite score--two 2s, and a 3. We listened to the judge that'd given us a three's tape. He gave us a lot of good comments too.
Stupid clarinets can't keep in step-_- Well, not all, what eight of them?, but mostly a certain two or three..
And the second trumpets keep blasting@.2 Even I can hear that, and I've got to be the closest thing to tone deaf without actually being it@.@
I hate Civics class.
I hate stupid red necks that are too freaking lazy and stupid to help do group projects in Civics.
I'm rather fond of Moony, however^^
