It's a workout tape.
The "Lower Body Workout" , according to what my MOM'S voice said before it started.
I'm kind of scared , because There was probably a video that went along with this , and according to the sounds i'm hearing , it doesn't sound like a workout video.
Except when he says "Lets raise our heart rates!"
I live in fear of finding where the rest of these tapes went to.
