My Multimedia Life
Dec. 27th, 2008 10:22 pmI finished reading Hyperion Cantos (includes Hyperion and Fall of Hyperion) pretty dang epic. I think it deserves to go on the List.
I also picked up Wild ARMS again, and after I remembered how to work the game (it's bad when you can't remember how to save) I've been doing rather well, except the disk is still scratched as I found out in a random battle. lesigh.
I've also been tooting my own horn again, having dragged the trumpet out of its hibernative state. My lungs are at no sort of capacity, nor my embouchure, but I still remember the notes and on day two of repractice, am getting some sort of fluidity back.
My nephews came over today, and after my middle nephew ran out into the thunderstorm that threatened hail and tornadoes this morning, he was chided enough by grammy and asked if I wanted to paint with his new christmas present (a set of watercolors and four undersea pictures to paint). He's definitely the one of them who is most like his aunt~~~
