rubahAwesome dream this morning.
It was like homecoming.. except it wasn't and it was like May outside, and the whole school was like 'yay!' and we had this new staff cabana building thing, and it had a pool, and probably a bar too, and someone was like 'hey, let's do some diving' so we walked around and waiting for something, and like an hour later, we actually got around to diving, and I did a little dinky jump into the water and mrs. thompson like laughed at me. The other person (who I think might have been Jill) did one of those fancy dives of course:P
Then, I caught up megan and people and megan was like 'oh gosh..' and she was all freaking out, and she was wanting to have sex with kevin (I made sure the first thing I told her this morning was 'if for any reason you EVER decide to screw kevin, let me know so I can smack you straight') and nicole was all 'do you have any condoms?' and she was like 'yeah' and she held up this tube that had candy in it, and there were these sunflower seeds, and this one big huge seed, which apparently had a condom inside it (wtp?) and she saw kevin standing by the shed (because this bit looked like it was behind my grandparents' trailer) and we walked over there, and she was all being nervous and stuff, but we got distracted when these bubbles came out of nowhere.
It was a propaganda movie. Sorta like hologram, but it was a movie. From the '50's
The Evil Country scientists had developed these new robots. They were red and white and obviously a side effect from reading too much bobandgeorge.com (darn you megaman!) and they could destroy. anything. The scientist (dr. wily I'm sure:D) was all 'alright Good Country, send in your robots, no just go in front there, don't try to stay int he wings, they need to have a head on opponent', and of course Good Country (not the one making the video, though, think of it as a communist video in the US) obeyed, and all their robots got totally destroyed. But then, these bubbles showed up in the movie, and the robots started dropping like flies.
David showed up then, and he was like 'Yeah. You see this? This is what they're doing RIGHT NOW.' and I was freaking out a little, because david is rarely serious and he never wants anything to do with us. Of course we were scared of the Evil Country, so we were like 'yeah, what can we do about it then?' and he was like 'well, we can sure try to stop them' (maybe it's because of his to-be joining of the marines that I give him so much national pride)
So we run around jennifer's house (ie the front of the trailer, except as a house on a street with two floors) like headless chickens and then the percussion and flagline start getting some initiative (all my dreams involve a true band, banded together for the sake of the world^_^)
So we set up work in a hallway of school (think SS/PS where they had fluffy blocking the third floor corridor) which was where our bathroom is from teh hallway, except it didn't have any walls... and you could see the pasture clearly. Which is where the Evil Country was building its robot forces again.
We had to make sure none of the rest of teh student body knew anything, because they could be Evil Country spies (everyone still thinks the robots are indestructible) and there's a few band members that we let in on the secret-- the two girls playing mellophone, rachel and whitley, and a few others, but mostly it's flag and percussion. The bass-drummer-freshmen are sent on tasks by david, and I don't remember jasmin anywhere, but slowly, we start accumulating materials.
Eventually, we have build a bubble machine.
I wasn't in the room when they finished it, but they called me in, and we go to test it-- it isn't nearly as potent as the original predecessor 50 years ago, but we keep testing it nevertheless and a few test bubbles make it down into the pasture, and we see robots dropping.
Someone runs to grab more bubble mix and we try to get a better mixture, but it gets worse and some robots start coming back to and are getting ready to begin an attack, but percussionists are better than robots anyday, and we get more mix in and lots of bubbles and pretty soon all the robots are dead and the world is safe from the Evil Country again^_^
