Because I feel irritated at this review site:

First Impression: 2 out of 5
Wow. This layout seems to be very cluttered to me. I like the image, but everything else doesn't seem to quite fit. I don't really like all the boxes to start with. There is a horizontal scroll bar too. Well, I'll move on and come back to this stuff in the right sections.

Splash Page: 0 out of 5
No splash page on this layout. I think you really could have used one. You could move some of the links there. The layout just barely fits in the 800x600 resolution and I would have to hit F11 to view it all correctly. So in your case, a splash page would have been needed.

Navigation: 2 out of 10
I can't make any sense of your navigation at all. It seems like you just randomly threw stuff up on your page. I really think you need to sit down and decide what stuff should be in which sections. Try using the normal links like Sites, Domain, Me, Visitors or something like that. Right now, it is just all over the place. Especially with the weird button links. Those should be moved to a subpage. I'll give you two points only because I could find your "Me" page.

Presentation: 12 out of 20
Okay, the colors are fine. I have no real problem with them. They match and that's good. However, your link color is hard to tell from your regular font color. Make it a lighter blue or white so people can see it. The font in the main text area is easy to read although it is a bit cramped together. You really need to move the Tag Board off the main page. The whole part with the version name, etc can also be moved to another page. There is no reason to have it on the main one. It just takes up room and makes it look cluttered. The image is nice. I do like how you placed the words on it and how you have it under the words in the boxes. But I really dislike the boxes. It looks very strange. Also, in the main text area, you need to get rid of the horizontal scroll bar. And as for scroll bars. I recommend you make them colored ones. They would stick out a little less then. That's really all I have to say. You still have a lot to work on in my opinion.

Errors: 8 out of 10
The link to Timby's site completely takes over your site's window. All the others open in new windows which is good. You need to check them because some of them have moved. Otherwise, everything seems to be working fine. Your spelling appears to be fine as well.

Overall:
You still need some work on designing and organization not only in your layout but in your site as well. I was really confused by the navigation. The boxes really got on my nerves. I also had a hard time finding links because of the color. So, just keep working on it.

Aite, the first dig I had with this is 1) it took forever. rawr. 2) the one I asked to review it (the only one that even had another browser that wasn't made by microsoft. the ONLY one.) didn't even do it. the owner took it into her own hands-_- so now, half the things she points out are non issues.

--'it barely fits in 800x600' Most people aren't using 800x600. I designed it for 800x600 even, and there are people telling me 'good grief girl, use more space.' It fits perfectly in my browser with f11. there's nothing wrong with f11.

--'I can't make sense of your navigation' It's called a theme. Like a theme. Yeah. Plus, there are title tags on every single link. So if you weren't in such a hurry, the more obvious words would come up to your aid. yargh. I'll concede the point that the boxes look awkward though-_-

--'Your link colors are hard to tell from your regular colors' Actually, I think they *Are* the same^_^ that or the visited ones are. I dont' remember which is which.

--'You really need to move the Tag Board' and you don't? horizontal scroller. you're such a poser, geeze. At least mine balances extra text/images.

--'you need to get rid of the horizontal scroll bar. And as for scroll bars. I recommend you make them colored ones.' You need to get a new better browswer. 1) in firefox, which displays the css properly, there *IS* no scroll bar. You'll notice that it says 'made for firefox' off to the left. that's another thing. you suggested I put that on another page. If I did that, how would anyone know what browser it is optimized for? Anyways. they don't display scroll bar colors, so why should I write something in that I don't use? poser.

-'The link to Timby's site completely takes over your site's window.' Thank you. Something useful (finally)

Well. Out of that entire (and irritating) ((and long)) thing, I wound up with a 48% overall, second in lowness to the 'powerpuffprncesss' *blinks* Well. at least I did learn two things-- my link colors appear to be backwards, and I need to add a target="new" to timb's link.

I wonder how her site validates. . . I think I'll look.
