Nov. 7th, 2004 12:44 pmMan.. definitely not a good idea to play ff7 all day yesterday.
Literally, all day. nine a.m. to 1:30 last night. I had irc and internet breaks (as well as look up what the percy I'm supposed to do next breaks)
No surprise about what I dreamt of last night then. There were lots of those shinra soldiers, except they were travelling with us. And I kept forgetting to de and reequip them, so there was lots of traveling back to save points to use the PHS and switch out members (definitely because of when I had tifa with lots of good materia when she left the party temporarily-_- darn you tifa!)
Emerald Weapon scares me. It follows me in my submarine. When I was getting the key for the city oft he ancients, I would go up a couple of feet, move the camera just about all 360 degrees, then go up another couple of feet, move teh camera.. man it was freaky.
I also found a plane while looking for the red submarine to get my huge materia back, went in, grabbed a heaven's cloud from the box, then went to save, then thought 'wait, what if this turns out to be like the save point in yuffie's little mini world' so I ran back to my gamefaqs window and ctrl+f'ed for 'gelnika' and decided that if they thought level 58 was a good level, I might as well wait until I was at 64. (I'm like, over levelled right now. the dude who wrote the faq just now quit saying that I should be at level 38, and cloud's like level 50 -_- but hey, it makes the battles easier:D And its way better than being underlevelled, especially since the stat raising items dont' seem to rely on levels like the ones in ff8¬¬
Of course, it's hard to be underlevelled in ff8 anyways. So it doesn't matter much. But man, I love squall and rinoa having 254 strength. Well, squall anyways. rinoa has 255. Rinoa's got some weak spell junctioned too, and squall just has flare:D Poor quistis and zell were my scape goats while getting the AP. They didn't start getting full stat bonuses until like level 50 something^_^ irvine rinoa and selphie were all around level 30 something. of course squall gets all the items I find-- speed boosters, and what have you.
*blinks* man, see? I do play too much ff. -_-
Ah, CJ is employing problem solving strategies. He's at the age where he realizes that just pushing on something won't always make it move. He had the little 'rocking' horse out (it's getting too small for him) and was trying to drag it into the kitchen. Not only is there a raise in the floor going up, but there's a piano and a bench in the way, and not to mention that right now, there's a fan in the way, after getting cleaned up for winter storage.
Bright little chap he is, he thought enough to pick the fan up and lift it over the frame of the horse (it's suspended by springs between these two little bars on wheels, awesome toy, though) instead of ramming it and breaking it.
w00t.
Oh, the mood is a phrase mr. wheeler kept repeating today. I thought it was sorta funny, even if it's not too great.
