Get a computer or two out there and show people the grooviness first hand, then sell them a distro or two.
People *Love* stuff they see on the streets, and if you just get an extension cord and like, an umbrella, you're in business.
oh, and you have to have lemonade too. and pictures of tux. for the cuteness and refreshment factors.
