This summer of my sixteenth year
I'm intended to introduce myself, I fear.
To say what I like, or not,
What I think, or have thought.
For it is true that I think of many things,
Of life, of love, or what my Junior year will bring.
I recall those who are far away, hope to see them on holiday,
I muse upon those here near, and I fear,
For the approaching end of this sixteenth year.

There's beauty in life,
Everywhere you see,
In proportions neat
Of a building'ed street,
Of the even tons of the sand and sky,
Of a kitten with no cat-nip high.
With this around, you cannot fail
To love and feel loved, as I, with these
And more do, in a manner infinitely true.

Living in peace with one and two
Is not enough for us to do.
Hate no one should be our way;
Love them all, and even especially more
Love your God, in that great above so blue.

So by this, perhaps you'll see
All these that matter most to me.
No doubt I'll hear what you want to
See and to do, and what sounds good to say,
But with your effort to love, "愛する",
And mine as well,
We'll make this world sit easy, for a spell.

hahaha, I rhyme in other languages.
