oh man.

Have you ever seen Kindergarteners rocking out?

It's funny and also sad.

Talent show for elementary went okay. I'm gonna dress nice tomorrow I guess; it's supposed to rain and or maybe snow. I doubt it. the snow part. I'm sure it'll rain at least some.

All star tryouts went good. I freaked out about a guy who was wheeling my xylophone away, but he was just using it to practice and seemed to have asked mr. ray so I went to the gym where dad was standing guard making sure no one went on the basketball court, and he helped me improve my rudiments and I showed him the scale notes (I got full marks on my scales). I think he made second chair. I got third.

Then after I tried out (jennifer was referring to me as Obi wan since we arent' supposed to use names out in the hallway so the judges can't know who's next, they kept forgetting though xD) I went to the tally room with my black cherry vanilla coke (which was rather good) and I stayed in there for two hours at least moving score sheets from talliers to tabulaters and then over to a desk where I stuck the numbered sheets with the numbered names so the names would be on the sheets.

As a result, I was one of the first person to see all the results and I did so with pleasure.

I'm not sure what the final result was, but I know Shanna made first chair tenor sax, hannah made first chair alto, brent got fourth chair flute and riley got something in oboe. Dani got something. I think David missed out by about four seats in trumpet, and megan was pretty much a shoe-in since there weren't many trombones

I am so really tired right now. So very really tired.

I should be working on this englsih essay but I'm not. I woke up a long time before seven o'clock this morning and never went back to sleep. I didn't get to sleep until midnight, so I guess that's six hours of sleep. I'm just really tired now.

oh, also. got 1st for the junior class in the art contest, megan got 2nd. cassandra got best overall.
